Xero and Crate
Planned. Until it ships, your orders leave Crate as a CSV your bookkeeper can import.
This integration is not available yet. It is on this page because it is planned and because you asked, not because it shipped. What you can use today is described below.
Does Crate integrate with Xero?
Not yet. A Xero integration is planned and is not available today. What exists today is an export: Crate writes your orders to CSV for a date range you choose, with a column picker so the file carries the fields your bookkeeper asked for and nothing else. That is a format Xero imports directly, so the figures reach the books without anybody re-typing a line. When the integration does arrive it will post sales, refunds and fees to your chart of accounts and reconcile a payout in Crate against the matching deposit in the books. Until then the export is the only part of this page you can use.
What it does
Each line below is either available today or labelled planned in its own words. Nothing here is aspirational without saying so.
- Planned: sales, refunds and fees posted to your chart of accounts.
- Planned: a payout in Crate reconciling against the matching deposit in the books.
- Available today: CSV export of orders for any date range you choose.
- Available today: a column picker, so the export carries the fields your bookkeeper wants.
