This integration is not available yet. It is on this page because it is planned and because you asked, not because it shipped. What you can use today is described below.
Can I buy shipping labels from inside Crate?
Not yet. A Shippo integration is planned and is not available today, so nobody can buy a label inside Crate. What works today is the layer underneath it: you define your own shipping methods and set your own rates by zone, the buyer picks one at checkout and is charged for it, and when you dispatch you record the courier's tracking number on the shipment. The customer sees it, and when the shipping method carries a tracking URL that number becomes a link they can follow. When the integration does arrive, courier rates will be priced inside the Crate order, a label bought without leaving it, and the tracking carried back on its own.
