Crate plans
Start free for 14 days, then choose Starter, Pro or Growth. Compare what each plan unlocks and bill quarterly, twice a year or annually from your dashboard.
Every Crate store starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. When you're ready to keep selling, you pick a paid plan that matches the size of your business.
There are three paid plans, and each one builds on the last:
- Starter: for solopreneurs with a growing product range. Connect a custom domain, send messaging credits, and customise your storefront.
- Pro: for medium-sized businesses. Everything in Starter, plus advanced analytics, staff accounts and automated shipping.
- Growth: for big-scale businesses. Everything in Pro, plus more staff, a higher messaging allowance, POS, multi-location and multi-currency selling.
Choosing a billing period
Plans are billed quarterly, biannually or annually. Paying annually is the cheapest way to run your store; you save 15% versus paying quarterly. Use the period toggle at the top of the Plans page to compare prices before you decide.
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira. VAT of 7.5% is added at checkout for Nigerian merchants.
Switching plans
You can move up to a bigger plan whenever your business needs more: the Continue button takes you to checkout, and your new features unlock as soon as payment goes through. To review everything a plan includes first, open See details on any plan card.

From the sidebar, go to Subscription → Plans under Finance. This is where you compare every Crate plan side by side.

Each plan (Starter, Pro and Growth) lists exactly what it unlocks, from messaging credits and staff accounts to analytics and multi-currency. The plan you're on is marked Current.

Choose a billing period
Switch between Quarterly, Biannually and Annually with the toggle at the top. Annual billing saves you 15%; the prices update instantly so you can see the difference.
